Poor customer service and communication: As requested, I had informed the check-in staff, Arianna, of my arrival ahead of time however we arrived about 30 minutes late than expected for a much-needed bathroom break. When we arrived, the apartment was a difficult to find and after multiple calls to the staff, she later informed that she had left the location after waiting for me for 30 minutes. I was surprised that she had made no attempt to reach out to me prior to leaving the property especially since she knew that I was driving from Lisbon with my young son. She neither gave an explanation nor an apology for leaving us stranded in the complex in the heat. She said she had sent me a location to pick up the key through WhatsApp which I did not see since I was driving and even with the pictures, it was still a challenge to find. After driving around the apartment complex multiple times, at least for 30 minutes, my son and I found the keys in the spot where it was located.
