william 05 May, 2025great location, great facility, everything was as listed. we will make plans to stay againSandra 08 Aug, 2023Additional bad experices: - leakage of propane bottle, which was used for cooking. Spending time in the kitchen was only possible, while all windows were opened - no smoke detectors, even though an explosive gas accumulated in the kitchen - fire extinguishers expired - a lot of moult in both bathrooms - accumulation of dead and moulting insects on the edge of tiles in the kitchen - sticky, moulting substance in the drawer of the room - problems with the electric: One light bulb was turned on, even though the switch was turned off - Phone and email contact was not possible, since multiple phone numbers were given but none of them was picked up. Email was never answered - Representatives of Azores Touch never came for check-in and check-out on scheduled times. For the personal check-out no one came All in all: The experience was so bad, that moved out before the end of the stay and into a 4*-hotel in Angra do Heroismo than spending the last two nights there. For this, we had to pay twice, but after this stay it was worth every single extra Euro. Read more
