Luis 02 Mar, 2025Overall: Not recommended. We travelled to central Italy and stayed in a series of appartments. I would avoid this appartment and this rental company. Pros: Close to restaurants and parking area (25 Euros/day). Cons: Black out (electricity gone) which was not fun because the apartment is cold and dark (blinds are electric). They answered our request for help to have electricity minutes before their mandatory check out. Check-in was problematic (you need to accommodate to their availability to get the keys). Floor and shower were not pristine clean. Building is deteriorated and hard to access. Furtinure is cheap and not sturdy (we tend to see under the matress). The access to the pictured terrasse is through a common walking hall, so we did not use it at all. However they should make customers aware that you have to climb one floor up on stairs as the apartment is at level 4 and the elevator run only to level 3. Also the TV is in the kitchen and no TV in the bedroom. The streets are safe as is the neighborhood, and the whole area being historic is full with tourists, and will get you the feeling of returning back in time hundreds years ago. The location was perfect and very close to the Metro, Vomero shopping area, the free way and only 15 min from the airport. The best thing with the apartment was the large terrace on the rooftop. Inside it seemed like no one had stayed there for a long time. The water boiler broke and we did not have hot water for about a week. After they fixed it all was fine.
