Uber-stylish Villa Giove offers the ultimate in elegance and contemporary living in one of the Amalfi Coast’s most sought-after locations. The tiny nearby hamlet of Nerano is best known for its incredible views and some of the peninsula’s top Michelin-starred restaurants, including Taverna del Capitano and the Quattro Passi. Situated just 300 m from the beach, the villa’s terraces overlook lush green hillsides, carpeted with lemon groves, sloping down to the sparkling sea below.
Extending over 280 m², no expense has been spared in providing ultra-luxury at this villa for 14. Highlights include a jacuzzi and pool (5 x 8 m) with picture-postcard views, each with their own solarium. Soak up the sun and the views on a choice of furnished terraces in the flower-filled garden and dine al fresco on the glorious panoramic terrace with barbecue area and wood-fired pizza oven.
Step into the luxuriously finished, vast open-plan living space and you’ll find three main areas cleverly differentiated by a central designer bar – an elegant, pale wood dining table alongside ample lounge seating, a separate informal living area with a Yamaha piano overlooking the terrace, and a super-sleek glossy kitchen.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site upon arrival:

• Damage deposit: 700,00 Euros in cash or by credit card. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
