The apartment is fully furnished in a a simple and modern style and has a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The highlight of Casa tre sole is the large private terrace, fully equipped with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy the beautiful summer days, the enchanting sunsets over the lake and to frame your daily dinners. The outdoor area continues up to a balcony from which you have access to the living room in open space with kitchenette and large windows that giving to the place a sense of freshness and relax. The sleeping area consists of two rooms: one with a double bed and the second one with a double bed plus single bed. Complete the property the bathroom with shower and a private parking space outside the house.
Furnished with taste and elegance, it has all the amenities like WiFi and TV, and also gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, drying rack etc. Casa tre sole is 950 meters from the city center, 1200 mt from the beach and 950 meters from Lierna station that connects the country to all the other villages on the eastern shore of Lake Como. The famous Varenna, connected by ferry to the lake center, is only at 7 km and is surely a stop not to be missed!
