The apartment " La terrazza di Marta " has been completely renovated in 2018 with high quality materials and refined furnishings. In fact, the terrace on the top floor offers an enchanting view of Como Lake and, fully equipped, allows you to enjoy delicious dinners at sunset or sunbathing in complete relaxation.

Going upstairs there is a loft with a relaxation area and a splendid panoramic terrace. Completely newly furnished, La terrazza di Marta is equipped with TV, Wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, crockery, washing machine, dryer and everything needed for complete use.
La terrazza di Marta is located in the center of Varenna, just 150 meters from the parking, 400 meters from the train station of Varenna, with trains to and from Milan at all hours, and 300 meters from the ferry that connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and all the central lake
