Description

The Apple House is located in the panoramic village called "Pino" of Varenna, on Lake Como, a few steps from the green nature and only 3 km from the historic center of Varenna.

The apartment has a fantastic panoramic view of Bellagio from the pergola and the furnished terraces (87 sqm) where you can enjoy sunsets over the lake taking a drink or a romantic candlelit dinners. The apartment (91 sqm) is at 1st floor (with lift) and has a living room with fireplace where there is the double sofabed, the kitchen, two double bedrooms and the bathroom. Outside, The Apple House has a private portico and garage.

The Apple House is equipped with WiFi, TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses, crockery and more. The bathroom, with window, is equipped with sink, shower, WC, bidet, washingmachine and hairdryer.

The Apple House has private access to the Green Way footpath to Varenna (20 minutes on foot) and to the beach (3 minutes on foot).
