This centrally located, beautiful apartment in Lagos has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people. The apartment is newly built, modern, and provides 100 m² of living space.

The communal pool is located on the roof top, providing amazing views across Lagos.

There is a lift to the apartment which has a balcony with a dining table and barbecue. It is fully air conditioned, with television and free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle crockery and glasses. There is also a hair dryer and iron. All linen and towels are provided. Stays greater than 7 days have a complimentary linen change and mid stay clean.

The apartment is situated in a residential neighbourhood within walking distance of the river, the supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches. Additionally, it is just 1 km from the train station, 2 km from Praia dos Estudantes sandy beach and 3 km from Boavista golf course.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
