Description

These exclusive apartments are ideally located, only 150 meters away from the Balaton Lake and at the same distance from the center of Siófok. Perfect for those who would like to enjoy the lake as well as for those who wish to explore the beauty of the city. The next street towards the beach is the Petőfi Sétány, which is the No.1 tourist destination of Siófok, with plenty of art, entertainment, music, and various programs. This will be only a minute walk away from you. Besides that, everything you could possibly need is right there for you, like shops, restaurants, bars, a playground, a tennis court, ATMs, a bakery and a supermarket. If you maybe prefer to stay in the apartment house during the day or in the evening, you can enjoy the heated pool or try out the jacuzzi corner. This Mediterranean style accommodation will offer you a perfect holiday experience.




The apartment house has 3 apartments, and this specific apartment is suitable for 6 people, having a surface area of 46m2. It has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and there is also one double bed and a one-person couch in the living room. The apartment has a big bathroom with a hydro-massage shower and a toilet. The kitchen has all the major appliances that you would need for your comfortable stay, like a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and stove. You have a TV and a coffee table in the room as well. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture. In the yard you will find a heated pool and a jacuzzi. There is also a nice grill for summer night barbecues and great conversations. You can park your car in the yard.




Siófok is located in the middle of Transdanubia, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton. The most famous and most visited town of the 'Hungarian Sea', Siófok is called the capital of the lake. During the hot summer months, but also in the quieter spring, autumn, and winter months, Siófolk makes a perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday. More so, Siófok is an ideal base for exploring the marvelous Balaton region. Siófok and the surroundings of Lake Balaton offer visitors plenty of activities: sports, leisure, recreation, opportunities for hiking, sailing, kayaking/canoeing, boating, playing tennis, volleyball, fishing, cycling, horseback riding and wine tasting plus ice skating and tobogganing in winter. Guests can also choose from a number of wellness services in the nearby spas. The lake with all its beauty is waiting for you here. In summer, besides swimming and sunbathing, you can spend your time actively engaged in water-skiing or water-cycling. In winter you can journey to nearby Tihany, where you can visit the famous Tihany Abbey; savor delicious Hungarian dishes and the unique wines of the Balaton region; or just stroll around. Guests can venture out on a cycling tour around the lake as there is a bicycle path which circumvents the entire lake. Or why not walk along the beach or discover a nice vineyard or small villages lurking somewhere among the medieval castles and baroque towns? The COKE Club awaits young people with a number of concerts, night bars and colorful programs such as discos. The lake's water in the southern part of the Balaton is shallow and sandy and in summer it warms up quickly, making it an ideal destination for families with babies and small children. Those desiring to go down to the beach can always find a suitable place, as the beaches are well taken care of and grassy. The town is famous for it's beautiful gardens and parks. One of the most famous is Millennium Park. Here you will find some nice art works, such as the bandstand with its brass statue of Imre Kálmán. Born in Siófok, he was one of the most famous Hungarian composers, who wrote several operettas which are on display in summer.
