Description

The Residence lies just a few kilometers from Cefalù, surrounded by a colorful variety of typical local plants and flowers, a small oasis of peace where you can enjoy moments of relaxation with your family and / or friends, away from the stress and everyday noises. The Residence welcomes you with its 14 villas equipped with every modern comfort and a wide array of facilities, including a swimming pool (with a variable depth and degrade from a minimum of 90 cm to a maximum of 250 cm; a part of it - 90 cm - is designed for children and is bounded by a semi-submerged partition wall), a gazebo with bar and a play area for children, where you can spend pleasant evenings in the company of family/friends.


All the semi-detached villas have the same layout, each with an independent access and consisting of a living area and a sleeping area; they can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 persons and are equipped with every modern comfort. On the ground floor: large kitchen-living room, bathroom, pergola with kitchen and barbecue, private garden and outdoor shower. Upstairs: main bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom, closet. The daily cleaning of the houses (except for the kitchen and outdoor kitchen corner) and a change of linen (every Wednesday and Saturday) are included in the service. Kitchen equipment: cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, hand blender, linens and kitchen furniture of various kind.

Known as "The Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea", Cefalù, an ancient town dating back to the Arab-Norman period, was included among the "most beautiful villages of Italy" some years ago and offers its visitors a mixture of culture and architectural beauty: the Arabic -Norman Cathedral, the remains of the megalithic walls of the Temple of Diana and the castle on top of the Rock which dominates the town are just some of the evidences related to the dominating civilizations from past centuries. At a distance of approx 70 km from Palermo, this town takes advantage of its central position among all the territories of the island, a condition which makes it an ideal base for excursions to the most famous places of Sicily.
