Description
The LV Premier Amoreiras AM2 is a 1 bedroom penthouse apartment, located 2 min away from the romantic Jardim Amoreiras and Mae de Agua historic aqueduct. The area is upscale and central, with Rato metro station aprox 8 min away. Marques de Pombal is also a short walk away. The neighborhood next to Principe Real and approx 15-20 min walk from Bairro Alto. Amoreiras Shopping Mall is also nearby with may choices of stores, restaurants and the attraction of the tallest view point of Lisbon. This apartment is reached through an elevator to the 4th floor plus one flight of stairs. It features a bedroom with closets, an additional room which can be used as a separate sleeping space if needed, plus the living area and access to the terrace. The apartment is very private and has gorgeous Lisbon city views, plus a small view of the river, basilica da Estrela and the bridge in the distance. The apartment features AC and heating, and all major and small appliances.
Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. You can find public parking garages within 3 min walk.
