The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3, a brand new 4 bedroom apartment, is located in a quiet elevator bldg. The unit is very spacious and features 2 suites. Modern clean layout. Two balconies. Close proximity to Rato, Av Liberdade and Marques de Pombal. You will find beautiful gardens, restaurants, shops, metro Rato and aqueduct nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioned/ heating. Clean and sanitized.

The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3, a brand new 4 bedroom apartment, is located in a elevator building, in a quiet neighborhood. It is located 1 city block from the Garden Jardim Amoreiras and Mae de Agua historic aqueduct. The Rato metro station is aprox 8 min walk away. The Marques de Pombal square is also a short walk away. It takes approx 15-20 min walk from Bairro Alto, passing by the Principe Real neighborhood, also a destination in its own right. Amoreiras Shopping Mall is also nearby with many stores, restaurants and the sought after attraction- tallest view point of Lisbon. In addition to a large living area and kitchenette, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathrooms, and a social bathroom. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, AC and heating, as well as all major and small appliances including a clothes dryer, large 50inch TV and more.
