Description
The LV Premier Baixa CN1 apartment is a bright 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment located in the heart of Baixa, in the 5th floor of an elevator building. It features west and south facing balconies, with views of the river Tagus, majestic Praça do Comércio, the major church Sé of Lisbon, Elevator de Santa Justa and many more attractions. In addition to the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room, there is a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms, and living room have balcony access. The apartment is equipped with Air conditioned and electric heating and double glazing windows. With a superb location in the flatter area of the city, easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops, CN1 is very popular. You can reach lively Bairro Alto, Alfama and the famous city Castle with a short walk. It accommodates 7 people in the bedrooms and 2 extra guests in sofa bed. For your comfort we have premium bedding and towels, as well as design toiletries.
