Description
The LV Premier Baixa DO1 apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment located in the heart of Baixa, in the 3rd floor of an historic building. It has east West exposure. Two of the bedrooms, face the front of the unit, and the third faces the back, and is closer to the separate dining area and kitchen. The living room is wide and luminous and features of course ample seating and a TV area. The kitchen is open layout with the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two modern bathrooms in the unit (one of them ensuite in the master front bedroom), and both have modern walk in shower enclosures. The apartment is equipped with Air conditioned and heat pump heating and double glazing windows. With a superb location in the flatter area of the city- Baixa, easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops, DO1 is very popular. You can reach the famous city Castle with a short walk, as well as the lively Bairro Alto and Alfama. It accommodates 6 people in the bedrooms and 2 extra guests in sofa bed. For your comfort we have premium bedding and towels, as well as design toiletries.
Kindly note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Unit located on the 3rd floor (4 landings), no elevator, aprox 70 steps. Assisted check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning.
