LV Premier Bica is a unique 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with frontal river views plus large terrace, BBQ and a balcony. The terrace is private and perfect to wind down or sunbathe. Equipped kitchen with a breakfast area. Air conditioned and central heating. It has frontal views of the river and the area around TimeOut Ribeira Market. City center location in Bica with easy access to Chiado and Cais do Sodre. Please note that the property is fully cleaned and sanitized for your safety.

LV Premier Bica is a bright 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment featuring a large terrace, BBQ and a balcony. The unit has Air conditioned and central heating. It has frontal views of the river and the area around TimeOut Ribeira Market. This is a fully equipped apartment, with all large and small kitchen appliances, and it has a prime location next to elevador da bica, the tramway connecting to Bairro Alto. There is a metro station 10 min away (Cais do Sodre, or if you walk uphill Baixa Chiado). Bica is the true old Lisbon with many walkways connected by stairs. You will be spoiled for choice with bars and restaurants and lots of activities in the area.

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Located in pedestrian street in historic quarter- car access is conditioned and may require walking approx 150 meters/ using the stairs bordering Elevador da Bica. Check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. You can find public parking garages within 3 min walk.     The Bica apartment is in a great location and was very comfortable two bedroom and two-bathroom apartment. There was a lot of room to spread out and good outdoor space. It is on a quiet street and the view from the living room window was spectacular. To get that view, you need to climb 4 flights up with no elevator. Keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage. The location steps from the Elevador da Bica and many shops and restaurants is fantastic. The Time Out Market, Pink Street and Cais do Sodre metro are a short walk downhill from the apartment. Very convenient to Belem.
