Description
The LV Premier Chiado Apartments - CH6 is a premium well equipped apartment with 1 bedroom and 1 small bathroom accommodating a maximum of 4 people. It has 3 large windows facing the pedestrian street of Rua do Carmo, giving the apartment lots of light. The living area has a comfortable sofa and leads to a semi-separate kitchen area with a dining area nearby. The bathroom has a shower. The building has 2 lifts and is modern and comfortable. It is equipped with A / C and heating, as well as acoustic insulation of double glazed windows. It has 1 double room (beds can be prepared as 2 single beds or 1 king-size bed).
Premium bed linen, plush bath towels and toiletries are provided. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, has a washer and dryer and of course a hair dryer for guest's convenience.
Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in for your comfort and safety. Assisted check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located in a pedestrian street, and the nearest car drop off point is about 50 meters away.
