Description
The LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH7, is one of 2 apartaments in the building with 1 bedroom. The apartment has been recently remodelled, with a contemporary interior, neutral and tasteful decoration and accommodates a maximum of 4 people. It has 2 large windows facing the pedestrian street Rua do Carmo, making the apartment very bright. The living area has a comfortable sofa and leads into a marble countertop distinctive kitchen area with a high counter for meals. The bathroom, although small, is modern and very functional, and has a shower enclosure. Our Chiado building has 2 elevators. The LV Premier Chiado – CH7 has Air Conditioning and heating, as well as insulating double-glazing windows. With this premium location, you could not a better option to discover Lisboa. You can walk to all top attractions. Bairro Alto is less than 10 min away on foot. Pet Friendly (Fee applies)
We provide premium bed linen, soft bath towels and top quality toiletries. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, with appliances such as dishwasher, a washer and dryer and, of course a hair dryer for guest's convenience.
Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in Assisted check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located in a pedestrian street, and the nearest car drop off point is about 50 meters away. You can find public parking garages within a 5 min walk.
