The LV Premier Chiado CH9, is now a brand new 3 bedroom apartment with balconies overlooking the famous rua do Carmo and Elevador de Santa Justa. It features a studio area with bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area, and the rest of the apartment has 2 bedrooms, living area, bathroom and kitchen. It is located in the heart of Chiado. The apartment is fully equipped. Elevator, AC and free WIFI. Close to attractions, Bairro Alto, restaurants and bars. Clean and sanitized.

The LV Premier Chiado CH9, a 3 bedroom apartment with private bathroom is very modern and fully equipped. It features a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of rua do Carmo and Elevador Santa Justa. You will find double glazing balcony doors, with a second set of windows which will enable you to enjoy the city center and filter noise away. The apartment features a nice living area with access to balconies, a large sofa and a eating area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all normal large appliances (for example dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer). There are 3 bedrooms- 2 double bedrooms with balcony access, and a third bedroom - the studio- with an ensuite bathroom, and it own kitchenette. There is a total of 2.5 bathrooms in the property- 2 full with shower enclosures and a small wc. LV Premier CH9 features superior quality linen and towels, as well as premium toiletries.     Such a great location to enjoy the city of Lisbon. The property managers were wonderful and very attentive. For a family of 5, this property was perfect and had everything we needed.

    Lovely, well stocked apartment in a great area! I was traveling with my 85 year old mother so the only drawback was (as noted in the description and I didn’t focus on) was that cars can’t come to the door. Definitely not an issue for the rest of us! Hosts were wonderful!
