Description
Welcome to this unique property located right by Camara de Gaia, 2 metro stops from São Bento Station in Porto City Center. This spacious 5 bedroom property occupies the upper floors of a 2 family detached house with a lovely private terrace (and BBQ), great views of Gaia and Porto, and can be rented with the other unit, which will add another 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. GA1 has central heating, Air conditioning, is fully equipped and features the LV Premier signature beds which guarantee a perfect night sleep. Located a short walk from all major shops, banks, restaurants and supermarkets- including El Corte Ingles department store- could not give you a better combination of space, comfort, easy access to both Porto city center, the wineries of Gaia and the beaches around the Canidelo, Aguda and Granja sea front communities. You can walk to Porto city center using the bridge D. Luis I in 25 min.
Kindly note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. One free parking space. Check in between 22H and 08H- 45 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Please refrain from noise especially after 22:30/ Do not disturb neighbors. Do not use terrace after 23H.
