Our freshly renovated building development in Wimpole Street is a built-in high standard and it is theperfect place for those seeking their new home in one of the most prime areas of London.

The building is designed with great attention to detail allowing its tenants to enjoy a convenient and cozy stay. It consists of fully fitted, stylish apartments with an extra taste of luxury.This 1-bedroom apartment is spacious with a bright open-plan living room and kitchen, ideal for
professionals, students, or couples. It is decorated with bespoke furnishings and it is fully equipped with
a washing machine, fridge/freezer, and all the kitchenware ready to prepare your first meal. The 3-piece
the bathroom offers a marble bathtub. The master bedroom features a large comfy bed with built-in
wardrobes.
For reservations for up to 6 months, all the bills are included in the price.
For reservations longer than 6 months, all the bills are included except for the Council Tax.
