    This was one of my most pleasant stays in London, as the location of this property is incredible. Situated between the Chelsea and South Kensington areas, it was perfect. The cozy studio apartment was incredibly comfortable, and everything that was shown in the photos was exactly as it appeared. I am very grateful to the TravelStaycation team for their attention to detail, and especially to Konstantinos, who was always so kind and attentive, ready to assist with any questions or requests.     What a great location next to Gadogan gardens and accommodation! The apartments are brand new and full equipped with all kinds of facilities.     There was no internet. I had had to pay out of pocket for a Wi-Fi connection. I was told it would be compensated but after 2 months I am still chasing. The toilet was also blocked and was not repaired while we were there. Very disappointing Read more

    Property: The 2 flats are both outwardly nice and in a great location. However, the layout was a bit odd and there were many basic and necessary things that did not work. Flat 4 had the main kitchen but not dining area. Flat 5 had a very small kitchen and a dining table. So when we ate, we had to eat at the coffee table in flat 4. Not ideal for 7 people. The one door that would have enabled us to keep the flats 4 and 5 open and have us all go about did not have a door knob or a lock. It looked like an unfinished door and so we were not able to comfortably move around. Given that they only give one set of keys per flat, it was really awkward. We were told that there were washers and dryers. On flat 4, there was one washer that would not open. The property manager couldn’t open it either. We also found out that it was not hooked to any water source. There was one washer/dryer combo in flat 5, but it had black mold. There was absolutely no hanger in flat 4 or flat 5. I told the property manager about this and he said he would deal with it but never got back. In one of the bedrooms in flat 5, the water would shut off between 11pm-12am and not come back until 7 or 8 am. And there was a pipe pinging sound during the night. I told the property manager about this. None of the TVs worked. We tried everything from casting, mirroring, bluetooth and tried Apple TV as we were told but nothing worked. So during our stay, we did not have any functioning TVs. We did not have Wifi for 2 days and when they did deliver one router, it was not strong enough for both flats. So everyone had to be in one flat to use it. There was construction next door so we had to deal with loud noise during the day. In Flat 4 master bathroom, we had 2 towels that looked and felt like gym towels. I would expect decent towels for a luxury rental such as this. Read more

    We recently stayed in the luxury suite at Cadogan Square and were left with mixed impressions. While the space itself is undeniably spacious and offers ample closet storage, several issues detracted from the overall experience. The Positives: The suite is very spacious, offering plenty of room to move around and excellent closet space for extended stays. The location is convenient for exploring the area. The Negatives: Cleanliness was subpar, with the floors appearing as though they were mopped with dirty water. Basic supplies were missing: no dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, toilet paper, or even tea, coffee, or a small supply of milk. The dishwasher didn’t run through properly, and the shower flooded the bathroom. While staff promised to send a repairman for the shower, we ended up cleaning the drain ourselves to address the issue. Two windows lacked blackout blinds, which might be an issue for those wanting a dark room in the morning. Fortunately, London’s limited sunlight mitigated this somewhat. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and virtually unusable, and the TV wasn’t properly set up, limiting the channels available. The kitchen had only minimal cookware, which would be fine if you plan to eat out but is inconvenient for those intending to prepare meals. Noise from upstairs was noticeable but not disruptive after a while unless you’re a light sleeper. Checking in late in the evening was inconvenient, as we had to go to a separate location to collect the keys. There were issues with the property’s availability close to the check-in time, which were poorly managed by the host, leading to unnecessary confusion and stress. While the suite has potential, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication from the host, and absence of basic amenities made the stay feel less than luxurious. With some improvements, it could better live up to its premium billing. Read more

    The unit was blistering cold. I was asked to check the gas and water pump with no resolution. The host said he would arrive in the am and instead called in the afternoon after I departed. I do not recommend this HOST or PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. Read more

    A very nice three bedroom flat within walking distances to many activities. Enjoyed every bedroom having their own full bathroom and a very good air conditioning system. Only concerns were WiFi issues and one towel per bathroom, forcing a lot of laundry to be done in a very small/compact system. Otherwise, very pleased. Read more

    As a frequent traveler (at both AirBnBs and hotel properties around the world), I was deeply disappointed in the conditions of our London flat.   Just this year, I have visited 9 countries and spent over $30K in lodging. In multiple bedrooms, there were water and/or mold stains on ceilings and walls.  In the main living room, the rug was unsightly stained.  In multiple bathrooms, drains were clogged.  The refrigerator smelled so foul, it was unusable.  As I communicated to Ewelina, I encouraged my wife and kids to make the most of the trip by being outside of the flat as much as possible.  We were in town for Taylor Swift, so even attempting a last-minute property change would have not been possible or incredibly expensive. Therefore, we powered through and made the best of a bad (and expensive for the value) situation.   I encourage your team, to assess the property, and make the necessary repairs and maintenance before marketing it as a suitable lodging location for future travelers.   I ask for a discount or partial refund for our unfortunate stay as it put a damper on our time in London.   Read more

    I had a wonderful experience staying at the apartment at Maddox Street during my time in London It was beautiful, offering all the modern conveniences and perfectly located in the city's heart. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, and always available when needed. Communication was excellent and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring my stay was comfortable from start to finish.     The property is beautiful. It is well furnished and is in a very convenient location to several Underground lines. We had several issues such as finding out on arrival that we were on the 4th level (we knew there was no lift but were not informed of the number of stairs that must be climbed). The room we were in was not the one that we booked (eg., the photo above is incorrect). It is an old building and you hear noise from both above & below inside the building as well as exterior noises. Several standard amenities were missing. The communication with the local team was poor (eg., e-mailed & Whatsapped on a Thursday and received a response on Saturday). Read more

    Apartment was fully stocked, 5 min walk to Sloan Square station-which we used everyday. Beautiful Green location and 3 min walk to restaurants and ice-cream, this is a must with kids and family.???? washer and dryer made life easy in London.
