The flat was wonderful offering all the amenities and luxuries that you need. Located in a one of the best areas in central London right next to Oxford circus underground station. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to have an enjoyable experience in London.

A very nice three bedroom flat within walking distances to many activities. Enjoyed every bedroom having their own full bathroom and a very good air conditioning system. Only concerns were WiFi issues and one towel per bathroom, forcing a lot of laundry to be done in a very small/compact system. Otherwise, very pleased.

As a frequent traveler (at both AirBnBs and hotel properties around the world), I was deeply disappointed in the conditions of our London flat. Just this year, I have visited 9 countries and spent over $30K in lodging. In multiple bedrooms, there were water and/or mold stains on ceilings and walls. In the main living room, the rug was unsightly stained. In multiple bathrooms, drains were clogged. The refrigerator smelled so foul, it was unusable. As I communicated to Ewelina, I encouraged my wife and kids to make the most of the trip by being outside of the flat as much as possible. We were in town for Taylor Swift, so even attempting a last-minute property change would have not been possible or incredibly expensive. Therefore, we powered through and made the best of a bad (and expensive for the value) situation. I encourage your team, to assess the property, and make the necessary repairs and maintenance before marketing it as a suitable lodging location for future travelers. I ask for a discount or partial refund for our unfortunate stay as it put a damper on our time in London.

This flat is in a perfect location, is beautiful and brand new. This flat is on two different floors. I don't think you can beat the location if you want to do things in the Mayfair area.

This flat is in a perfect location, is beautiful and brand new. This flat is on two different floors. I don't think you can beat the location if you want to do things in the Mayfair area. We had 3 issues during our stay... 1. The wifi on the 4th floor did not work for our entire stay despite repeated attempts from the host to give us instructions on how to reset it. I work in computer networking and none of it worked. This was an acute issue for us since we had a baby and wifi baby monitor. 2. There is a potential security issue with this unit spanning the 4th and 5th floors and having an exterior entry (on both floors). The 5th floor is only accessible via lift with a key card and the key card is not provided to short term renters. No key for the exterior 5th floor was provided either and there is no key pad. This meant we had to leave the door unlocked during our entire stay and someone with a key card (understand the lift key card for this unit is the only one that can access the 5th floor) could have accessed the unit while we were staying there. This was unsettling as a renter that we didn't get a key card for the lift or were given a key or pass code for the 5th floor exterior entry door. 3. The exterior entry door on street level had repeated issues every day of our stay with allowing us to exit. You have to push a button to release the door lock and it consistently had issues unlocking, at times longer than a 5 minute wait. This is an obvious security risk in the event of fire or evacuation.
