Description
On the large entrance hallway is the living room, with a sea-view balcony, state-of-the-art sofa bed (double), flat-screen TV, dining area with sideboard, table and chairs. The kitchen, complete with all necessities, has recently been refitted with dishes, cutlery, porcelain plates and cups. The master bedroom also enjoys a large sea-view window and is equipped with an open closet, chest of drawers and armchair. The bathroom, with a window, has a shower stall and bidet. Also available to guests is a large dressing room with shelving, where luggage and miscellaneous items can be stored. Both balconies have small tables with chairs, ideal, in summer, for breakfast or aperitifs.
Guests can enjoy amenities such as wifi connection, iron, coffee maker, microwave, oven, air conditioning, and washing machine.
*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.

Palermo, among the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. In this regard, tourists can take part in the “Baroque Route of Palermo” to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of the Holy Savior, Church Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the “Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets,” which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snack it may be, at the Palermo market, dishes are to be “strictly” tasted with the sole help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire notable buildings, streets and squares.
The central train station is just 1 km away and here you can find are many connections from/to the airport, as well as Mondello and Monreale!
