Description

Located in the vibrant and charming Sant’Ambrogio district, in the heart of Florence’s historic center, this apartment is the perfect choice for those looking to immerse themselves in Florentine culture and tradition. Recently renovated and carefully furnished, it offers an intimate and tranquil atmosphere thanks to its view of a large internal courtyard, while being just a few steps from the lively Piazza Santa Croce.
The apartment blends traditional design elements with a personal artistic touch. Covering 60 square meters, it is situated on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator. It boasts the charm of typical high wooden ceilings of Florence and natural parquet flooring throughout most of the home. Wooden furniture reflects the Tuscan tradition, while original paintings and artwork give the space a unique and welcoming character.
The apartment features three main spaces:
A spacious open-plan area with a living room, kitchen, and dining area, perfectly arranged for all needs—cooking, relaxing, reading, or listening to music; a cozy double bedroom, ideal for a relaxing stay and a more intimate room with the option of adding a comfortable extra bed in the living room or the same bedroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and rounded sanitary ware. The apartment also includes a small balcony overlooking a peaceful internal garden, offering an ideal spot for moments of relaxation.
