I never received an email or message with check-instructions, I got no reply when I messaged through VRBO, and replies to my emails were inconsistent and delayed. My family and I didn't know if we had a place to stay or not when we arrived in Firenze with all of our luggage. If you stay here, calling the host, Carolina (her number is provided on the automaticallly generated emails you get when you book) is the best way to communicate. It has everything, excellent location in a safe neighborhood that is walking distance to everything! The C2 bus goes straight there from the central bus/train station. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. Well stocked kitchen. Very spacious bedrooms. The property manager was super responsive to us and even came on site when there was an alarm going off in another unit in the building so that he could personally make sure it was taken care of and didn’t disturb us. It was all around an amazing stay! The only downside was that we were only there for 4 nights. I could live in this place for weeks! This apartment is spacious - especially for its location in the heart of the city. The beds in the bedrooms were large, it was very quiet, there was a lot of closet space and plenty of mirrors (huge plus when traveling with 2 college-aged daughters). Also having 3 full bathrooms was great. All appliances we used worked and were in great condition. Only comment was that the sofa could use a little “refresh” or a cover. However this is minor - we were barely in the apartment since we were out and about all day and at dinner in the evenings. There is a parking garage nearby but make a reservation ahead of time.
