Recently renovated apartment. Kitchen equipped with appliances, large living room in the entrance. Perfect for 4 people it offers two double rooms. Two bathrooms with shower and bidet. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms and WiFi connection.

The Duomo District:
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, in the ancient district of San Giovanni, where you can admire at a glance the monuments that make the city famous, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Piazza Duomo hosts the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with Brunelleschi's masterpiece dome, Giotto's soaring Bell Tower and the ancient Baptistery of San Giovanni.
The surroundings offer numerous points of interest such as the "Museo dell'Opera del Duomo", the Bargello Museum, the Casa Buonarroti, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio.
Splendid squares surround the neighbourhood: from that of San Lorenzo with the famous market, to Piazza delle Repubblica with the historic Gilli bars and the Caffè-Concerto Paszkowski where you can enjoy excellent pastries, coffee and cocktails and the scenic Piazza della Repubblica.
It is also an ideal area to indulge in a day of shopping in the exclusive boutiques of Via Tornabuoni, Via Calzaiuoli, with large and varied commercial offers, something for all budgets.
Transport and services:
Our apartment is within the ZTL area, "limited traffic" and to be able to access it and park your car in peace and safety, just contact a private garage to obtain a temporary access permit.
The public bus service in Florence is provided by Autolinee Toscane, the cost of the ticket is €1.50 for a single journey in the urban capital and you can find it in a Tabaccaio (shop with a T outside).
