Description

Very large and spacious apartment, a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends who wish to visit the city on foot, and get to know its splendid museums and its art.
Equipment:
In the historic center, in an ancient building, spacious and bright 120sqm apartment. Consisting of three large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area and kitchen with all essential equipment (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, home appliances). Air conditioning in the rooms and WiFi.
The Santa Croce area is one of the four historic districts of Florence, located in the southeast quadrant of the city. It is a small neighborhood whose emblem is represented by the basilica of Santa Croce, the largest Franciscan church in the world, which gives its name to the entire area.
The surroundings offer picturesque views and numerous points of interest such as the
Bargello Museum, Casa Buonarroti, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, and Ponte Vecchio.
The Florentine nightlife has in Santa Croce one of the liveliest and most varied expressions of the whole city, with open-air venues, pubs, disco bars, where young people and many foreigners love to meet.
Transport and services:
Our apartment is inside the ZTL area, "limited traffic" and to be able to access it and park your car in peace and safety, just contact a private garage, in order to obtain a temporary access permit.
The public bus service in Florence is provided by Autolinee Toscane, the cost of the ticket is €1.50 for a single journey in the city and you can find it in a Tabaccaio (shop with a T outside).
The Taxi service is active using the number +39 0554242 or the number +39 0554390, or using the "App Taxi".. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

    I was hesitant to book a property that didn’t have any reviews but I am so glad I did!!! This place was PHENOMENAL! It has everything, excellent location in a safe neighborhood that is walking distance to everything! The C2 bus goes straight there from the central bus/train station. Comfortable and spacious accommodations. Well stocked kitchen. Very spacious bedrooms. The property manager was super responsive to us and even came on site when there was an alarm going off in another unit in the building so that he could personally make sure it was taken care of and didn’t disturb us. It was all around an amazing stay! The only downside was that we were only there for 4 nights. I could live in this place for weeks! I loved Florence and this was a perfect place to stay to experience it. Highly recommend!
