Description

Recently renovated, finely furnished, very large and spacious apartment, a few steps from Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza della Signoria. It is perfect for a family or a group of friends who wish to visit the city on foot, and get to know its splendid museums and its art.
Equipment:
The apartment is equipped with wifi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, kitchen with appliances, three complete bathrooms, two double bedrooms and a large living area with sofa bed.
The Santa Croce and Sant'Ambrogio district in Florence:
The Santa Croce area is one of the four historic districts of Florence, located in the southeast quadrant of the city. It is a small district whose emblem is represented by the basilica of Santa Croce, the largest Franciscan church in the world, which gives its name to the entire area.
The Florentine nightlife has in Santa Croce one of the liveliest and most varied expressions of the whole city, with open-air venues, pubs, disco bars, where young people and many foreigners love to meet.
Transport and services:
Our apartment is inside the ZTL area, "limited traffic" and to be able to access it and park your car in peace and safety, just contact a private garage, in order to obtain a temporary access permit.
The public bus service in Florence is provided by Autolinee Toscane, the cost of the ticket is €1.50 for a single journey in the city and you can find it in a Tabaccaio (shop with a T outside).
The Taxi service is active using the number +39 0554242 or the number +39 0554390, or using the "App Taxi".. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

    To dark and the building is very old, without any light or illumination. It’s really bat it doesn’t have an elevator. We came with 5 big bags of luggage and had to carry them.

    This is a great apartment right in the heart of Florence. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. The showers were recently renovated and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment!

    Our family of four spent the past couple of weeks in Italy and the last few days in Florence. This apartment is spacious - especially for its location in the heart of the city. The beds in the bedrooms were large, it was very quiet, there was a lot of closet space and plenty of mirrors (huge plus when traveling with 2 college-aged daughters). Also having 3 full bathrooms was great. All appliances we used worked and were in great condition. Only comment was that the sofa could use a little “refresh” or a cover. However this is minor - we were barely in the apartment since we were out and about all day and at dinner in the evenings. There is a parking garage nearby but make a reservation ahead of time. We would rent this apartment again on a future visit.
