This charming apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, but its access is comfortable and easy. It is the perfect accommodation for groups or families of 2 to 4 people, as it features two separate bedrooms. One of them has a large double bed (1.60 m), and the other has two single beds. Both rooms are bright, equipped with a desk, and spacious wardrobes, ideal for organizing the belongings of up to two people per room.What really stands out about this apartment is its bathroom, which, in addition to a large and comfortable shower, includes a state-of-the-art jacuzzi, offering a relaxing experience perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The bathroom has an elegant design and ample storage space.
The living room is equipped with an open-plan American-style kitchen, fully functional with top-quality appliances, as well as all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay. The American bar with two stools is ideal for breakfasts or as a workspace, as it is equipped with independent sockets for your laptop.
The living-dining area, tastefully decorated, has access to a small balcony with a table and two chairs, offering a little relaxation corner. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas, an armchair, and a modern 65-inch television. Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available to assist them at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, will be provided upon arrival as a courtesy. However, you will be asked to replenish these items if needed during your stay.
Important: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, tea, or any type of food, as we are not authorized to serve food.
The beds will be ready for use, and two towels will be provided per person: one bath towel and one hand towel.
Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.
Security deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid prior to arrival. To facilitate the process, we use Swikly, a secure platform that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number without affecting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or card blocking. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment, but an authorization for charges in case of damages.
Bank fees associated with the deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will charge a 1% fee on the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.
Damage deposit charge: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of the stay, with no damages or missing items detected during the inventory check, the guest's bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.
If otherwise, Swikly will charge the damage deposit, deducting the cost of repairs plus an additional 5.6% management fee.
