OLUMIDE 05 Sep, 2024This apartment should be avoided if you are traveling with kids of have heavy luggage. at no point was it mentioned on this site that access to the building has been blocked and road works may prevent access into the building( This would have been helpful in making my choice of where to stay) there was a lot of noise from the road works really doesn’t help one sleep in as every morning we’ve been awoken with the noise from the drills and construction equipment(this information would have been helpful in determining if we wanted to stay here) Apartment Access: I had a brace on my hand and I could not lift heavy luggage. I was travelling with two kids, at no point was it mentioned on the website that you have manually lift your luggage over a flight of stairs(there’s at least 20 steps) before you get to the lift that takes you up the the apartment(this is Health and safety concern for me) stating this on your website would have helped greatly as I would have avoided this apartment totally. I hope this helps make the necessary changes to the booking description on any other booking site. Read moreANDREA 04 Sep, 2024Apartment was nice.
