Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available 24/7 to provide assistance whenever needed.
Included services:
Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, are provided as a courtesy upon arrival. If you need to replenish these items during your stay, it will be at your own expense. We do not provide food items such as water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we do not have the necessary permits to serve food.

Bedding and towels:
Beds will be made up and ready for sleeping. Each guest will receive two personal towels: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Self-check-in: Arrivals outside of regular hours have no additional cost, thanks to the self-check-in system with an electronic lock.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required, and the amount is specified in the listing. It must be paid before arrival using the Swikly service.

About Swikly: Swikly allows you to easily and securely deposit the security bond online using just a bank card number. No charge will be made to the guest’s bank account; only a potential charge will be authorized in case of damages. Bank fees for the deposit (1% of the deposit amount) are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged directly by Swikly at the time of accepting the authorization. The deposit must be completed no later than one month before the start of the stay through a link provided by the owner.

Damage deposit charge:
If the property is found to be in good cleaning condition and without damages after the stay, the bank details will be deleted. In case of damage or missing items, the owner will notify and Swikly will manage the collection of damages. This will include the corresponding amount plus an additional 5.6% for handling costs.
