Our apartment is located in the exclusive upper area of Barcelona, one of the city's most prestigious and desirable neighborhoods, where many Barcelonians dream of living. It is an ideal location to enjoy the best of the city, surrounded by wonderful shops, excellent restaurants, and the most prestigious international schools.

The area is very safe and offers excellent transportation connections, with several bus lines running throughout the area and the train providing a direct link to Plaza Catalunya, making it easy to access other parts of the city.

This apartment is especially suitable for families with children, thanks to its peaceful environment and proximity to everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This modern and bright penthouse is located in one of the most prestigious areas of Barcelona. With two balconies offering views of both the mountains and the city, the apartment is the perfect place to enjoy peace and comfort. Natural light flows throughout the day into every corner, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere in all rooms and the living room.

The apartment has four spacious bedrooms, three of which have double beds (two beds in each room), and one individual bedroom, making it ideal for up to 7 people. Each bedroom features spacious wardrobes and a desk for those who need to work or study.

The two bathrooms, completely new, are equipped with large showers and oversized sinks, offering a comfortable and relaxing experience. The living-dining room is very spacious and divided into two areas: one for lounging with two large sofas and a large TV, and the dining area with a large table, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped with high-quality new appliances. Additionally, it has a balcony turned into a laundry area, while the other balcony leads to one of the double bedrooms.

The apartment has a modern, cozy, and warm feel, with parquet floors, central heating throughout, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Wifi is available throughout the apartment, ensuring you can work or enjoy your free time without any issues.

Located in a perfect area full of shops and just a few meters from bus and metro stops, this apartment is the ideal place to enjoy Barcelona, whether for work, study, or vacation.

The entry is via an electronic lock for added convenience and security.

**Please note that since this is a long-term rental (over one month), the cost of utilities is not included in the rent. Utility costs will be based on actual consumption, and a provision of funds of €9 per day will be charged. This amount will be adjusted at checkout according to utility bills, and the guest will only pay for the electricity, water, and gas they have used.

Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available to assist them at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Included services:
The basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, will be provided upon arrival as a courtesy. However, you will be asked to replenish these items if needed during your stay.

Important: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, tea, or any type of food, as we are not authorized to serve food.

The beds will be ready for use, and two towels will be provided per person: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid prior to arrival. To facilitate the process, we use Swikly, a secure platform that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number without affecting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or card blocking. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment, but an authorization for charges in case of damages.

Bank fees associated with the deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will charge a 1% fee on the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.

Damage deposit charge: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of the stay, with no damages or missing items detected during the inventory check, the guest's bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.

If otherwise, Swikly will charge the damage deposit, deducting the cost of repairs plus an additional 5.6% management fee.
