Perfectly suited to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, this apartment blends tradition and comfort. It is situated in a classic Barcelona-style building. Although it is on the first floor, its actual height corresponds to that of a second floor. Additionally, the building features an elevator for added convenience.

It features a balcony accessible from two of the bedrooms and views of the quiet interior courtyard from the kitchen. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort year-round.

Guests will enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we will be available to assist them with anything they need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Included Services: Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, will be available upon your arrival as a courtesy. However, you will be asked to replenish these items if needed during your stay.

Important: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, tea, or any type of food, as we are not authorized to serve food.

The beds will be made and ready for use, and two towels per person will be provided: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid before arrival. To simplify the process, we use the Swikly service, a secure platform that allows you to make the deposit online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for transfers, cash payments, or bank card holds. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the host and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment but an authorization to charge in case of damage.

Banking fees associated with the deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will directly charge a 1% fee on the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.

Damage Deposit Charge: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of your stay, and no damage or missing items are found during the inventory check, the guest’s bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.

If this is not the case, Swikly will charge the deposit for damages, deducting the cost of the damages plus an additional 5.6% charge for management fees.

Dreta de l'Eixample is ideal for walking or cycling thanks to its grid structure and wide streets:

On Foot: Most points of interest, such as the Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gràcia, and Plaça de Catalunya, are within walking distance of each other.
By Bicycle: There is an extensive network of bike lanes that makes cycling safe and practical. Additionally, the public bike-sharing system Bicing is available if you live in the city.
2. Public Transport
Barcelona has an efficient public transport system, and Dreta de l'Eixample is very well connected:

Metro:
The main metro lines passing through the area are L2 (purple), L3 (green), and L4 (yellow). Key stations include Passeig de Gràcia, Sagrada Família, Girona, and Tetuan.
Bus:

Train:
