The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

The living room and kitchen are integrated into a spacious and functional area, designed to provide maximum comfort. The kitchen, completely new, is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking during a prolonged stay.

The bedroom is double, with two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed. Additionally, it features large built-in wardrobes with ample storage space. There is also extra space for storing luggage and occasional-use items. Moreover, a large dresser is available for storing whatever you need. The bathroom is spacious and modern, with two sinks and a shower. There's also a washing machine and a dedicated area for drying clothes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with direct access from the street, but with complete security. To prevent humidity, especially given its proximity to the beach, it is equipped with a system that ensures a dry and pleasant environment. Additionally, it has free Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

The apartment is accessed via an electronic lock for added convenience and security.

Apartment Rules: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules, including noise disturbances during the night, may result in immediate eviction from the apartment and the loss of the security deposit.

Utilities Conditions: This apartment is intended for stays of one month or more. The cost of utilities (water, electricity, and gas) is not included in the rent. A provision of 7€ per day will be charged prior to arrival, which will be adjusted at the end of the stay based on actual consumption. The area has an excellent public transport network, including a nearby metro station with direct access to Plaza Cataluña, buses, bicycle rentals, and a free bus service for locals. The beach is just a 40-second walk from the apartment, and the popular Barceloneta Market, with its excellent food offerings, is only a 4-minute walk away.

Guests will enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to offer assistance whenever needed.
Included services: The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper provided upon your arrival, are courtesy of the accommodation. If additional supplies are needed, guests are responsible for replenishing them.

Important: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, nor do we offer food, as we are not authorized to serve meals.

The beds will be made and each guest will be provided with two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel).

Flexible check-in: No additional fee will be charged for arrivals outside of the designated hours, as access to the apartment is self-managed via an electronic lock.

Security deposit: A security deposit, the amount of which is indicated in the listing, is required and must be paid before arrival. For convenience, we use the Swikly service, a secure solution that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or credit card holds. The link for the deposit will be sent by the owner, and the guest must complete the process before the start of the stay. Please note that this deposit is not a payment, but an authorization that will only be charged in case of damages.

Additional charges: Bank fees for the deposit will be borne by the guest, and Swikly will charge them directly at the time of accepting the authorization (1% of the deposit amount).

Damage deposit charges: After the stay is completed and it is confirmed that the property is in good condition and no items are missing, the deposit will be released within 10 days after check-out. If any damages or missing items are detected, the deposit amount will be adjusted to cover the repair or replacement costs, plus a 5.6% administrative fee by Swikly.
From Barceloneta, one of the most well-known and touristy neighborhoods in Barcelona, you have several options to get around the city:

1. Metro
The nearest metro station is Barceloneta (Line 4, yellow), which connects you quickly to other parts of the city.

Line 4 (yellow): Takes you to places like El Born, Passeig de Gràcia, or La Sagrada Familia.
If there is no nearby station for your destination, you can walk a few minutes to Jaume I (Line 4) or Drassanes (Line 3, green) depending on your location.

2. Bus
Several bus lines pass through the area and connect you to different parts of the city. Some of the closest ones include:

Bus lines: 14, 17, 39, 45, and 59. These lines will take you to the Historic Center, Montjuïc, or other points of interest.
3. Bicycle
Barceloneta is very close to the beach, so renting a bike (through the Bicing system) is an excellent option to move along the coast and other nearby areas like Port Olímpic or El Raval.

4. Walking
Barceloneta is very well connected on foot with other nearby areas such as El Born, Ciutat Vella (Historic Center), or Port Vell. Many of the most popular tourist spots are within walking distance, such as Plaza del Rei, Ciutadella Park, or the Barcelona History Museum.

5. Taxi or VTC
If you prefer faster and more direct transportation, you can take a taxi or use apps like Uber or Cabify. This is ideal if you have a lot of luggage or if time is limited.

6. Tram
Although not the closest option from Barceloneta, you can walk to Paseo de Joan de Borbó to take the tram in Paral·lel or a nearby area.

7. Boats and Boat Tours
From Port de Barceloneta or Port Vell, you can also take boats that allow you to cruise along the coast or get to nearby coastal areas.
