This exclusive loft-style apartment, ideal for couples, is the perfect place to enjoy a romantic getaway in Barcelona. Its open, spacious, and bright design offers a unique sense of space. The apartment is divided into two well-defined areas: the daytime zone, which includes a modern living-dining room and a fully equipped American-style kitchen, perfect for preparing romantic dinners, and the nighttime zone, which houses an elegant bedroom.The American-style kitchen, equipped with everything you need, connects directly to the dining area, which features a table perfect for two people and comfortable armchairs that invite relaxation. The living room, with its cozy atmosphere and state-of-the-art TV, creates an ideal setting for special moments.
The nighttime zone consists of a bedroom with a large, Japanese-style double bed that ensures an unmatched restful stay. Next to it is the apartment’s main attraction: an impressive round jacuzzi, an exclusive luxury you won’t find in any other accommodation in the city. It’s the detail that makes this place a unique experience for our guests.
Additionally, the apartment has a small, interior terrace fully decorated in wood, perfect for relaxing at any time of the year. Its carefully designed décor is cozy and elegant, creating a bright and romantic atmosphere. Apartment Rules:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the apartment.

Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available to provide assistance at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Included services:
Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, are provided as a courtesy upon arrival. If you need to replenish these items during your stay, it will be at your own expense. We do not provide food items such as water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we do not have the necessary permits to serve food.
Bedding and towels:
Beds will be made up and ready for sleeping. Each guest will receive two personal towels: one bath towel and one hand towel.
Self-check-in: Arrivals outside of regular hours have no additional cost, thanks to the self-check-in system with an electronic lock.
Security deposit: A security deposit is required, and the amount is specified in the listing. It must be paid before arrival using the Swikly service.
About Swikly: Swikly allows you to easily and securely deposit the security bond online using just a bank card number. No charge will be made to the guest’s bank account; only a potential charge will be authorized in case of damages. Bank fees for the deposit (1% of the deposit amount) are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged directly by Swikly at the time of accepting the authorization. The deposit must be completed no later than one month before the start of the stay through a link provided by the owner.
Damage deposit charge:
If the property is found to be in good cleaning condition and without damages after the stay, the bank details will be deleted. In case of damage or missing items, the owner will notify and Swikly will manage the collection of damages. This will include the corresponding amount plus an additional 5.6% for handling costs.
From our apartment located in the Gràcia neighborhood, you have several options to move around comfortably and explore Barcelona:
Metro:
The nearest metro station is Vallcarca (L3, the green line), which is about a 10-minute walk from Calle Bismarck. This line connects to several key points in the city, such as Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas, and Sants train station, and is also very useful for reaching the Sagrada Familia.
From Vallcarca, you can also transfer to other metro lines, such as L5 (blue) or L2 (purple), to get to other parts of the city.
Buses:
There are several bus stops near Calle Bismarck, allowing you to quickly and comfortably reach other areas of the city. Buses are an ideal option if you prefer moving around the city without having to make transfers.
Some of the lines you can take are H6, 33, and 87, which connect to places like Parc de la Ciutadella, Poble Sec, and Eixample.
Walking:
The Gràcia neighborhood is perfect for walking and exploring on foot. From Calle Bismarck, you can easily walk to Parc Güell in about 15-20 minutes. Also, Plaza de la Vila de Gràcia and other local areas full of bars and restaurants are very close.
If you enjoy walking, you can stroll through the narrow streets of Gràcia and discover its squares and shops.
Bicycle:
Barcelona is a very bike-friendly city, and you can rent a bicycle to move comfortably and eco-friendly. The Bicing rental system allows you to rent electric bikes by the hour, with stations scattered around the city, including the Gràcia neighborhood.
There are also several shops that rent conventional bicycles for those who prefer to pedal around the city at their own pace.
Taxi or Ride Apps:
If you prefer comfort or have a lot of luggage, you can opt for a taxi or use ride apps like Uber or Cabify to move around the city. Although the public transportation system is excellent, taxis are a quick option if you want to avoid crowds.
Train:
If you want to take trips outside the city, you can catch a train from Gràcia train station (about a 10-minute walk from Calle Bismarck), which connects to nearby destinations like Montserrat, Sitges, or Tarragona.
