This stunning penthouse, located on the fifth floor, offers a spacious, sunny, and welcoming atmosphere. With capacity for up to 7 guests, the apartment features three double bedrooms, all equipped with a TV, spacious wardrobes, and comfortable double beds that ensure plenty of light and space. Additionally, there is one single room, perfect for the seventh guest.

The two bathrooms have been recently renovated with a modern design and are fully equipped. They are located in the common areas of the apartment, providing equitable access for all guests.

The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide assistance if needed.
Included services:
Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, are provided as a courtesy upon arrival. If you need to replenish these items during your stay, it will be at your own expense. We do not provide food items such as water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, or tea, as we do not have the necessary permits to serve food.

Bedding and towels:
Beds will be made up and ready for sleeping. Each guest will receive two personal towels: one bath towel and one hand towel.

Self-check-in: Arrivals outside of regular hours have no additional cost, thanks to the self-check-in system with an electronic lock.

Security deposit: A security deposit is required, and the amount is specified in the listing. It must be paid before arrival using the Swikly service.

About Swikly: Swikly allows you to easily and securely deposit the security bond online using just a bank card number. No charge will be made to the guest’s bank account; only a potential charge will be authorized in case of damages. Bank fees for the deposit (1% of the deposit amount) are the responsibility of the guest and will be charged directly by Swikly at the time of accepting the authorization. The deposit must be completed no later than one month before the start of the stay through a link provided by the owner.

Damage deposit charge:
If the property is found to be in good cleaning condition and without damages after the stay, the bank details will be deleted. In case of damage or missing items, the owner will notify and Swikly will manage the collection of damages. This will include the corresponding amount plus an additional 5.6% for handling costs.

    This apartment should be avoided if you are traveling with kids of have heavy luggage. at no point was it mentioned on this site that access to the building has been blocked and road works may prevent access into the building( This would have been helpful in making my choice of where to stay) there was a lot of noise from the road works really doesn’t help one sleep in as every morning we’ve been awoken with the noise from the drills and construction equipment(this information would have been helpful in determining if we wanted to stay here) Apartment Access: I had a brace on my hand and I could not lift heavy luggage. I was travelling with two kids, at no point was it mentioned on the website that you have manually lift your luggage over a flight of stairs(there’s at least 20 steps) before you get to the lift that takes you up the the apartment(this is Health and safety concern for me) stating this on your website would have helped greatly as I would have avoided this apartment totally. I hope this helps make the necessary changes to the booking description on any other booking site.
