The air conditioning ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the year, cooling the entire apartment in the summer and providing heating in the winter.The bedroom area, separate from the rest of the space, features two single beds, large wardrobes, and generous storage space. Its direct access to the bathroom transforms this area into a private suite. The bathroom is spacious, designed with a serene decor, and divided into two separate areas, allowing two people to use it simultaneously with complete comfort.
The bright living-dining room features a comfortable sofa and an impressive 65-inch TV, perfect for enjoying great moments of entertainment. Our guests can share meals at an elegant glass table, accompanied by comfortable chairs.
The kitchen is spacious, modern, and fully equipped, ideal for preparing delicious breakfasts, meals, and dinners with complete ease.

Utility Information
This apartment is rented for stays of one month or longer, so the cost of utilities is not included in the rental price. The charges will be calculated based on actual consumption.
Before arrival, a fund provision of €7 per day will be charged, which will be adjusted at the end of the stay with the utility bills. The guest will only pay for the electricity, water, and gas consumed.

Guests enjoy complete independence and privacy during their stay. However, we are available to assist them at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as toilet paper, will be provided upon arrival as a courtesy. However, you will be asked to replenish these items if needed during your stay.
Important: We do not provide water, salt, oil, pepper, coffee, tea, or any type of food, as we are not authorized to serve food.
The beds will be ready for use, and two towels will be provided per person: one bath towel and one hand towel.
Access to the apartment is autonomous via an electronic lock, meaning there will be no additional charges for arrivals outside the established hours.
Security deposit: A security deposit is required, the amount of which is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid prior to arrival. To facilitate the process, we use Swikly, a secure platform that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number without affecting the guest’s account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for bank transfers, cash payments, or card blocking. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment, but an authorization for charges in case of damages.
Bank fees associated with the deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will charge a 1% fee on the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.
Damage deposit charge: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of the stay, with no damages or missing items detected during the inventory check, the guest's bank details will be deleted within a maximum of 10 days after check-out.
If otherwise, Swikly will charge the damage deposit, deducting the cost of repairs plus an additional 5.6% management fee.
