Description
The house is spread across two floors, offering a spacious and open-plan living area, which combines the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The master bedroom is also located on the ground floor and boasts a private balcony with stunning views of the lake, along with an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a convenient cloakroom with a toilet downstairs. All bedrooms offer magnificent views of the central Lake Como area and the Alps to the north, ensuring a scenic and peaceful retreat. Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms: three with double beds, and a fourth with a large single bed that is ideal for either one adult or two children. There is also a bathroom on this level, featuring a large shower.
The property includes two bathrooms:Bathroom 1: An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and WC.Bathroom 2: A bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. Additionally, there is a separate WC for extra convenience.
The interior is designed with contemporary comfort in mind, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The living area is equipped with a wide flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a charming stone fireplace adds a cozy touch. Pianello del Lario is a charming lakeside village on the western shore of Lake Como, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and crystal-clear waters.
