The neighborhood is very central, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, markets and much more. 10m from Rato metro station.The property is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful early 1900s building, on Rua Manuel Bernardes, in the artistic Príncipe Real neighborhood. PI1 is a spacious duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a charming terrace offering privileged views of the city, river, and bridge. The apartment is well-equipped, with air conditioning and heating, and all main appliances. You will find an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped) and a living room with a superb view of the city and river.
