It features a long balcony on both sides of the apartment with views of the city: Sé, Alfama, Baixa, Praça do Comércio, Santa Justa Elevator, and river views. Minutes away from restaurants, shops, and attractions. Property completely cleaned and disinfected.The LV Premier Baixa CN1 apartment is a bright 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom apartment located in the heart of Baixa, on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. It features west and south-facing balconies with views of the Tagus River, the majestic Praça do Comércio, Lisbon's main Sé Cathedral, Santa Justa Elevator and many other attractions. In addition to the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room, there is a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and living room have access to the balcony. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and electric heating and double-glazed windows. With an excellent location in the flattest area of the city, with easy access to all services, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops, CN1 is very popular.
