Description
This Villa has an open social area with the kitchen at one end, the dining area in the middle, and the living/TV/Fireplace area at the other end. It also has an outdoor terrace area for outdoor dining. On the first floor, there is a small balcony overlooking the pool, and another additional balcony on the upper floor with an unobstructed view of the sea and the protected Ria area. All terraces have outdoor furniture, and the upper one is perfect for that glass of wine at the end of the day, watching the sunset in the distance.Enjoy free WIFI, cable TV, or watch your favorite content on our Smart TV. There is a large main bedroom on the upper floor, with a large bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and separate shower, as well as a balcony with sea view. On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a private bathroom, a standard room, and a social bathroom. All rooms on the upper floor have a balcony. On the main floor, you will find 2 suite rooms and a standard room. There is also a social bathroom with a shower. In total, there are 4 rooms with a private bathroom, 2 standard rooms, and 2 social bathrooms. The ground floor suite is accessible, with a bathroom featuring wall support bars and a shower (we installed a ramp to overcome the steps at the house entrance, another on the step to the pool terrace. The pool also has a ramp with supports that allow accessible access).All of our properties have comfortable beds, 100% cotton sheets, soft and inviting, hypoallergenic comforters, and new mattresses. We also provide bath and beach towels - made of soft cotton - with the guarantee that they will make you feel relaxed and renewed during your vacation. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. The kitchen, with an island for meal preparation, is spacious and fully equipped - with pots and pans, utensils and dishes for 12 people. You will find a blender, coffee maker, oven, kettle, air fryer, etc. available in this Villa. This property also has a dining area on the porch near the barbecue. The property also has large appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc.The LV Premier Fuseta FU1 has heating and air conditioning for your maximum comfort. We have 4 bicycles for guest use, as well as stand up paddle (SUP) and a kayak for responsible use. A variety of board games, foosball, a children's ping pong table, and darts, all designed for family or friends' entertainment.
Fuseta is a fishing village located between Faro/Olhão and Tavira. This area is integrated into the Ria Formosa Natural Park, and is a protected ecosystem with many walking trails and vast green spaces to explore and discover its varied fauna and flora - with abundant marine life, plants, and birds. Seahorses and chameleons are natural attractions.The village is small, but has a good selection of restaurants and excellent fresh seafood. Olhão and Tavira offer additional restaurant and café/bar options. There is a beach accessible on foot in the estuary area, as well as an ocean beach in the protected area, accessible through a pleasant and affordable boat trip. You can also hire a water taxi (or use our sea kayak or SUP) to take you to one of the many deserted beaches, where you can have an almost private beach experience. If you are a golfer, there are several award-winning courses 15 minutes by car. Be sure to discover beautiful places like Cancela Velha beach and the romantic Vila Real de Santo Antonio, on the border with Spain. You can find outlets of major brands in Loulé as an option for a different afternoon. Or explore one of the region's fortresses and museums.
Please note: The property is completely clean and disinfected before check-in. Check-in between 8 PM and 10 PM - supplement of 35 euros/ 45 euros after 10 PM. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning service. Free street parking. Car recommended, but not essential. We accept pets (extra fee). Pool heating 40 euros per day.
