Located in a building with an elevator, with 9 premium LV Premier apartments, it is often selected by large families and groups. The LV Premier CH1 is an exceptional apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a magnificent balcony overlooking the lively pedestrian street of Rua do Carmo, the Santa Justa Elevator. The apartment also has an impressive view of the Carmo Convent Museum. Located in the heart of Chiado, the top shopping area with a wide variety of luxury restaurants, pastry shops, cafés, stores and much more - you couldn't ask for a more central location. The apartment has been completely renovated, with air conditioning and double-glazed windows.
