Description

The LV Premier Amoreiras AM2 is a very private penthouse apartment, located in the city center. A 5-minute walk will take you to Príncipe Real, Marquês de Pombal, Amoreiras Shopping or Av da Liberdade. The unit features a charming private terrace with city and river views. Bed linens, towels and premium hygiene products. Rato metro station is 8 minutes away. Property carefully cleaned and sanitized.The apartment in Lisbon has 1 bedroom(s) and capacity for 4 person(s). The neighborhood is next to Príncipe Real and approximately 15 to 20 minutes walking from Bairro Alto. The Amoreiras Shopping Center is also nearby, with various shop options, restaurants and the highest viewpoint attraction in Lisbon. This apartment is reached through an elevator to the 4th floor, plus one flight of stairs. It has a good-sized bedroom, with an additional room that can be used as a separate sleeping space if needed. From the living area, there is access to the terrace, with a wonderful view of Lisbon city, as well as a small view of the river, the Estrela Basilica and the distant bridge. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and all main and small appliances.
