The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3, a new 4-bedroom apartment, is located in a quiet building with an elevator. The unit is very spacious and has 2 suites. Clean and modern layout. Two balconies. Close to Rato, Av. Liberdade, and Marquês de Pombal. You will find beautiful gardens, restaurants, shops, Rato metro, and aqueduct nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning / heating. Carefully cleaned and sanitized.The LV Premier Amoreiras AM3 is a renovated 4-bedroom apartment, located in a building with an elevator, in a quiet neighborhood. It is situated one block from Amoreiras Garden and the historic Mãe de Agua Aqueduct. The Rato metro station is approximately 8 minutes walking distance. Marquês de Pombal Square is also a short walk away. We are about 15-20 minutes walking from Bairro Alto, passing through Príncipe Real neighborhood, which is also a destination in its own right. The Amoreiras shopping center is nearby, with many stores, restaurants, and one of its attractions is a rooftop viewpoint, the highest point in Lisbon. In addition to a spacious living area and kitchenette, you will find 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms and a social bathroom. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and all main appliances, including a clothes dryer, large 50-inch TV, and much more. Fully equipped kitchen.Please note: Arrival between 10 PM and 8 AM - supplement of 60 euros. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Public parking can be found 3 minutes walking distance. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we offer folding beds or a sofa bed.
