The terrace is private and perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. Equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Air conditioning and central heating. It has front views of the river and the area around the TimeOut Ribeira Market. Located in the center of Bica neighborhood, with easy access to Chiado and Cais do Sodré. Clean and sanitized for your safety.The LV Premier Bica is a light-filled apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious terrace, barbecue facilities, and a balcony. The property has air conditioning and central heating. It has front views of the Tagus River and the area around the TimeOut Ribeira Market. The apartment is fully equipped, with all large and small appliances, and has a privileged location near the Bica elevator, the tram that connects to Bairro Alto. There is a metro station 10 minutes away (Cais do Sodré, or if you climb the Chiado hill - the Baixa Chiado station). Bica is the true old Lisbon with many narrow streets connected by stairs. It has a vast choice of bars and restaurants and many activities in the area.Please note: The apartment is completely clean and sanitized before check-in. Located on a pedestrian street in the historic neighborhood. Car access is conditioned and may require a walk of approximately 150 meters / using the stairs next to the Bica Elevator. One of the rooms has a small ventilation window but does not open to the outside. Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euro supplement. Stays over 9 nights include weekly cleaning.
